As we continue scaling, we are looking for a Senior Sales Development Representative to support our expansion in European markets while contributing to overall revenue growth.

ROLE AND RESPONSIBILITY

Outbound Prospecting & Meeting Generation

  • Execute highly personalized outbound outreach (email, LinkedIn, phone) with the clear objective of booking qualified meetings for Account Executives.

Qualification & Handover

  • Developing an understanding of each prospective client's business needs and how Nextail can help with its solutions. Qualify prospects based on agreed criteria (pain, relevance, context, timing).

Execution Excellence

  • Own personal activity metrics and outcomes (meetings booked, show rate, conversion to SQL). Strong ownership mindset: treats pipeline quality as seriously as quantity.

REQUIREMENTS

Experience & Skills

  • 2-3 years of experience in outbound sales development (SDR / BDR), ideally within B2B SaaS or complex sales environments.

  • Proven track record of consistently meeting or exceeding meeting-booking targets.

  • Comfortable qualifying prospects and conversations using frameworks such as MEDDPICC (or similar), at least to assess pain, relevance, and meeting readiness.

  • Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to engage senior stakeholders.

  • Hands-on experience with CRM tools (HubSpot, Salesforce or similar) and disciplined activity tracking.

Languages

  • Full professional proficiency in English (company language).

  • Fluency or native level in one additional European language (Italian, French, or German).

  • Nice to Have

  • Exposure to fashion retail, merchandising, supply chain, or data/AI-driven solutions.

  • Experience working with enterprise or mid-market accounts across Europe.

  • Experience with AI tools for outbound a plus.
